Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, sift the self-rising flour.

Add the vanilla yogurt and mix with a silicone spatula until fully combined. The dough will be thick and sticky.

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, covering loosely with foil halfway through if the top browns too quickly.
