Angel Food Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 large angel food cake
  • 1 pt lime sherbet
  • 1 pt chocolate ice cream
  • 1 pt orange sherbet
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Pinch of salt

    Slice a large angel food cake into four layers. Layer cake, lime sherbet, cake, chocolate ice cream, cake, orange sherbet, cake. Freeze.

    Mix the cocoa, sugar, whipping cream and salt. Whip until stiff. Chill for approximately 2 hours. Frost cake and freeze until frozen.
