  • 2 lb milk chocolate
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg

    Combine cream cheese and egg. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Melt chocolate in microwave at power level 4. Stir and add cream cheese mixture. When blended, pour into buttered cake pan and let cool. Cut.
