Blueberry Torte

Ingredients
  • 16 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • Whipped cream

    Mix together crackers, butter and sugar and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating hard after each egg. Add filling. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and chill. Cover with whipped cream.
