Ingredients
  • 16 slices bread, buttered, crust removed and cubed
  • 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cubed ham
  • 8 beaten eggs
  • 4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

    Grease 9 x 13 inch pan; put bread cubes, cheese and ham in layers. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight (covered). Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour uncovered.
