Ingredients
  • 3 cup diced chicken
  • 2 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento, broccoli or peas
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cup chicken broth or bouillon cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

    Combine all ingredients except soup and milk. Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. When done, cut in squares. Beat soup and milk together and serve as the sauce.
