Chocolate Marshmallow Pie

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 package (3 5/8 ounce) chocolate pie filling mix (not instant)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

    In a 9-inch pie pan, melt butter in microwave 30 seconds. Stir in cookie crumbs and sugar. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and sides of prepared pie pan. Microwave, uncovered, 2 minutes or until crust has crunchy texture. In a deep 1-quart casserole, combine chocolate pudding mix and milk. Microwave, uncovered, 6 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir occasionally. Allow to cool 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallows. Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate until set.
