Chocolate Walnut Pie

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 4 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

    In large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. Stir in walnuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Do not overbake – filling should be slightly less set in center. Cool.
