Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 package (6 1/2 oz.) colored miniature marshmallows

    Melt butter and chocolate together over warm water. Remove from heat and add the rest of ingredients. Form into rolls and roll in coconut or chopped nuts. Chill overnight. Keep in refrigerator and slice as used.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
