Ingredients
  • 1 package (18 ounce) refrigerated sugar cookie or peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge frosting
  • 2 peanut butter crunchy granola bars, coarsely crushed
  • 6 large red gumdrops
  • 2 large green gumdrops
  • 2 tbsp vanilla frosting, melted (up to 4 tablespoons)
Instructions
  1. 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12" pizza pan with shortening. Cut cookie dough into ¼ inch thick slices. With lightly floured fingers, press slices in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 20 minutes or until completely cooled.

Spread baked crust with chocolate frosting to within ½ inch of edge. To decorate, sprinkle pizza with crushed granola bars to resemble sausage. Slice red gumdrops into thirds to resemble pepperoni. Cut green gumdrops into small pieces to resemble green bell peppers. Arrange gumdrop pieces on pizza.

  3. 3

Drizzle melted vanilla frosting over pizza to resemble mozzarella cheese. To serve, cut into wedges or squares.
