In a crockpot, mix together the cream of chicken soup, water and chicken gravy packets. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper, then place them into the crockpot. Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. If adding frozen vegetables, add them about half way through the cooking time.
2 After cooking, remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with the gravy. Serve the shredded chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes or biscuits.
