Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 7/8 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nutmeg

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat eggs in mixing bowl until they are foamy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt and beat a little more. Place in an unbaked pie crust and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
