Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Nutmeg

    In a one quart glass casserole, beat eggs lightly; add sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend in milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook 7-8 minutes or until almost set in the center. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
