This is the strawberry pie that was served at Big Boy restaurants.

Ingredients
  • Baked pastry crust
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Packet of strawberry gel (sold in produce section)
  • Whipping cream, whipped
Instructions

    Slice fresh strawberries and place in baked pastry crust. Cover completely with strawberry gel. Chill prior to serving, and top with whipped cream.
