Egg Bacon Bake

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 hard cooked large eggs
  • 3 slices bacon, cut up
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Toss breadcrumbs and butter; divide among 4 buttered 10 oz. custard cups or casseroles. Layer egg slices over bread crumbs. Cook bacon until crisp. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon onto eggs. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
