Ingredients
  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • Dipping chocolate
  • Chopped nuts

    Melt butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and water. Cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Then add nuts. Cook 8 minutes more on low heat or until it becomes very brittle in cold water. (Stir all the while it cooks.) Spread out thin on cookie sheet. Let cool. Cover with dipping chocolate and chopped nuts.
