Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 lb ground beef
Instructions

    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Add ground meat and mix well. Chill. With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 6 dozen, 1-inch meatballs. Bake meatballs for 25-30 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Cool. Divide meatballs into 3 or more servings. Label expiration date in 3 months and freeze in airtight containers.
