Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 square unsweetened chocolate
¹⁄₂ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

Cut chocolate in small pieces and combine with the milk and sugar in a 2 quart measure. Cook 2-4 minutes in microwave or until mixture boils. Stir well. Cook another 2-5 minutes, stirring every minute. Serve hot or at room temperature.
