Ice Cream Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 50-60 Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 packages instant pudding (any flavor)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 pt ice cream (flavor to complement pudding)

Roll crackers between 2 sheets of waxed paper or place the crackers in a plastic bag and roll. Mix until crumbly the cracker crumbs and butter. Press the crumbs into a pie pan. Beat pudding, milk and ice cream and pour into crust and chill.
