  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, shaking off any excess.
  4. Dip the floured mozzarella sticks into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Roll the egg-coated sticks in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line another baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Arrange the frozen mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  10. Serve immediately with marinara or ranch sauce for dipping.
