Ingredients
  • 10 slices of bread
  • Margarine
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt

    In greased casserole, alternate layers of buttered bread (decrusted) and cheese. Beat together well the eggs, milk and salt. Pour second mixture over first and allow to sit for 3-4 hours. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
