Party Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 12 medium potatoes (up to 14 potatoes)
  • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream (up to 1 cup)
  • Shredded cheese, optional

    Cook potatoes until soft and mushy. Mash well, and add cream cheese and sour cream. Put in a greased casserole dish. Put squeeze margarine or butter pats on top. If desired, add shredded cheese to potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until reheated. You may cover when reheating.
