Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb powdered sugar

    Mix together first 5 ingredients in double boiler top. Cook over boiling water, stirring frequently, 15-20 minutes or until thick. Remove from boiling water. Gradually stir in powdered sugar. Press into greased 9- inch square pan. Chill. Cut into 1 inch squares.
