Description

Makes 2 loaves

Ingredients
    Cake:
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • Topping:
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
    Cake:

    Put cake mix, eggs, water, oil, sour cream and pudding into mixing bowl and mix until blended. Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray (no flour). Pour batter into pans.

    Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Put on top of batter before baking.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on rack.
