Pizza Roll-Up

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf FREEZER BREAD DOUGH (Recipe in Make Ahead Mixes section)
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Thaw bread dough for 1½ to 2 hours. Roll out to 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up jelly-roll fashion from long side; seal. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with water; sprinkle with a little salt. Let rise until almost double, about 1 hour. Make shallow slashes across top at 2-inch intervals. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
