Seven Layer Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 large or 2 small heads lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 8 oz reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 8 oz plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bacon bits

    Wash vegetables. Place shredded lettuce in the bottom of a deep large bowl. Layer onion, celery, green pepper and peas over lettuce. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt and sugar. Spread on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
