Ingredients
  • 2 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 6 1/2 cup flour

    Place milk, sugar and yeast in bowl. Add salt and 2 cups flour. Beat with mixer 2 minutes. Add eggs and melted shortening and beat 1 minute. Add rest of flour and let raise 20 minutes. No kneading. Form into rolls. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
