Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • Danish Junket dessert, strawberry flavor
  • Whipped topping

    Mix crumbs and butter and press in pan. Beat cream cheese and mix with a little milk to thin and spread on the crust. Then put a quart of fresh strawberries on top. Cook a package of Junket according to directions on package. Pour over strawberries. Serve with whipped cream topping.
