Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 small package strawberry jello
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 qt unsweetened strawberries
  • Pastry for 2 - 9-inch pies, baked

    Mix sugar, jello and cornstarch in pan. Add boiling water and bring to rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes. If the strawberries are frozen, add immediately; if fresh, let the mixture cool. Pour into two baked pie shells and refrigerate.
